Burien Arts (original founder of the Strawberry Festival with city support) now focuses on the absolutely best strawberry shortcakes in the world.  Yup, drop by Burien Arts' Stawberry Shortcake booth at the Strawberry Festival in June and treat yourself right...and talk arts too.

Burien Arts hosts two open air Shakespeare in the Park plays at Dottie Harper Park, put on by Greenstage.  Dates in 2012 are Saturday July 28 and August 4th.  2012 plays are Henry VIII and The Taming of the Shrew.

In November, Burien Arts hosts 20/20 THE art happening - art exhibit, sale, auction, food and wine, sparkling conversation all in one night!  at the Burien Community Center.

on-going every second Thursday of the month Sing and Sketch takes place all through the fall and winter.

In March, Burien Arts presents the annual Highline Classic Jazz Festival.
