Burien Arts is committed to arts in education and with the support of the City of Burien, Parks, and Culture, The Burien King County Library, and the sustained support of 4Culture, hands-on art workshops will be offered FREE for students in grades 4-6 starting in January.  The King County Burien Library offers the multi-purpose room across from the library for these workshops.  The schedule is:

• Feb. 2: How to Draw a Cupcake like Thiebaud
• March 2:  Drawing Fun! 
• April 6:  Color Mixing with Guache
• May 3: Make Your Own Starry Night Painting
• May 31: Metal Embossing
• June 7: Drawing with Fingerprints
• June 28: Still Life Object Collage
